The global pandemic caused by Covid 19 has devastated the international economy. To reverse this impact swift, and decisive action must be taken. A few years ago Elon Musk predicted that Universal basic income would become a necessity. And current circumstances have proven him correct. Elon cited advances in automation would increase production, in turn, alleviate the need for labor.
