Cuba’s actualization of racial equality were in diametric opposition to America’s forlorn racist disposition toward blacks. And in retaliation America Continues to enforce an embargo , in place since the year 1960. The embargo prohibits American citizens, or corporate entities from either importing to, or exporting from Cuba.
